Hello. I am Minton Xavier (zahveeay) and CEO of Mint Touch LLC. Joy and courtesy are my trademark.
I was born and lived my younger years in Dominica, the nature island. I grew up in the US Virgin Islands, where I got my start in construction. I began working with Caputo Construction and worked my way up from the bottom, learning all aspects of construction over the next 5 years. When I moved to Jacksonville in 2001, I joined Bosco Construction and continued to hone my skills over the next 16 years. As a senior member of the team, I was often called to take on challenging jobs and made clients happy. Quality is my policy, and there is no better feeling than completing a challenging job and leaving a client satisfied. In 2017, I started my own business, built mainly on referrals by wonderful clients.
What I do is a highly skilled craft. I have taken jobs from bare bones to high-end finishes. I have been asked to salvage disasters left by previous contractors. From basic framing, sheet rock, artisan tile work, to detailed finishes, there is really no challenge that I am not willing to help with.
